Rural horse property
About
We have a 1959 post and beam 1143 sqft home on a rural horse property just outside of Los Angeles. The home is very bright and light and was just used for a fashion photo shoot. We are on nearly and acre with a separate back entrance suitable for larger trucks to pull in. We have a detached barn, small tack room, aviary mature oak trees.Photos attached!

UNINCORPORATED COUNTY OF VENTURA
The County of Ventura requires all commercial film productions to obtain a Ventura County Film Permit for all filming activities within the unincorporated areas of Ventura County (including private property). Productions must obtain a Film Permit for any filming activities including, but not limited to, feature films, TV series, TV movies, commercials, music videos, still photography, and web productions. Student film productions may be exempt but are required to contact the Film Permit Coordinator regarding their production.
