About
24 acres of undeveloped land at the mouth of the Ventura River includes an exotic, lush wilderness area, rocky coast, sand dunes, walking trails, and a salt marsh; located on the Pacific Flyway. This is also a wonderful place to see birds, sand dunes, and a salt marsh via the two walking trails. The area is skirted by a paved bike trail.
