J.M. Sharp Company Home Ranch

The JM Sharp, Co. owns this beautiful Victorian home, located in Santa Paula on a working avocado and lemon ranch. Currently, the company's office is located in the house which was used as a family home until 2023. It has been designated as a historic site in Ventura County. We are offering the grounds surrounding this incredible home for production of film, TV, photo shoots, and videos. The JMS Victorian home has been used for multiple movies including An American Quilt, The Unseen, Amity Horror 4: The Evil Escapes, and Proof. Previous commercials include Uncle Ben's Rice (for Quebec), Advil, Ford, and more. Huge bay trees and other beautiful indigenous plants line the property, and the garden area is quite large providing several areas for filming. There is ample parking and room for trucks, equipment, etc. Also available for productions is a wonderful weathered barn on a separate piece of property down the road (owned by the company).
