Wyvern Ranch is a privately owned property in Ventura County, near Piru Lake. With 500 + acres, from flat plain, canyon to high ridges and knolls, we have a varied landscape to choose from. We have 10+ acres of flat space for basecamp and crew parking. We have easy access and are located close to film resources in both L.A. and Ventura Counties. We are close to the 5, 101 and 126 freeways.

UNINCORPORATED COUNTY OF VENTURA
The County of Ventura requires all commercial film productions to obtain a Ventura County Film Permit for all filming activities within the unincorporated areas of Ventura County (including private property). Productions must obtain a Film Permit for any filming activities including, but not limited to, feature films, TV series, TV movies, commercials, music videos, still photography, and web productions. Student film productions may be exempt but are required to contact the Film Permit Coordinator regarding their production.
